Hotfix - Disable Ledger Wallet Multisig Address DAO Deposit and Withdrawal Function

It requires updating the Nervos App on Ledger and adapting it after the user manually updates. For now, the related operations are temporarily disabled:

1. If the current wallet is a Ledger wallet, clicking on DAO-related operations will display a message indicating that this type of signature is not currently supported.

Text: Ledger wallets currently do not support DAO transactions for multisig addresses. Please use a single-signature address or await future updates.

2. If the Ledger wallet is not the current wallet, clicking on DAO-related operations will display a message indicating that it is not the current wallet.

Text: The hardware wallet currently connected does not match the current wallet.
