Support preset stablecoins

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, Neuron supports xUDT transfers, but users need to manually add token info for each assets. This causes frictions for commonly used token like stablecoins.

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like to add official support for widely used stablecoins in the CKB ecosystem: USDI and RUSD. Specifically, I propose that their token info should be preset in Neuron, so users can easily manage and transfer them without configuration.

Requirement - Add preset account module

1. Custom account is selected by default, with the list content unchanged.
2. Preset account：Preset RUSD/USDI account. Click Next to create the account and verify the password.
   • Display preset account names and icons, with sorting based on the prototype.
   • View on explorer：Click to open the Token URL in explorer.
