Disabled Checkbox Glyph Color being set to Accent

I have a disabled checkbox, and the glyph color is being set to the Accent color (Green) regardless of what the value of the following resource is set to:
<markup:StaticResource x:Key="MahApps.Brushes.CheckBox.CheckGlyphForegroundCheckedDisabled" ResourceKey="MahApps.Brushes.SystemControlDisabledBaseMediumLow" />

The resource "MahApps.Brushes.SystemControlDisabledBaseMediumLow" is set to Gray

How can I properly change the color of the glyph when disabled?

</Style>

Had to do this to change the color.
