Bump ControlzEx to 7.0

Describe the feature

We are using Fluent.Ribbon with MahApps.Metro. Works very good. If it would be possible to bump the ControlzEx version of the Nuget Package up to ControlzEx 7.0 then the most recent releases of Fluent.Ribbon could be used.

You may want to try upcoming 3.0 nightly builds. Iirc there the ControlzEx version was updated already 🤔.

Not sure when it will drop exactly as a stable release since time is limited but MahApps is still being worked on in the spare time. However I personally already use the nightly build and it works well for me.
