Add just one notification at beginning for Phishing Fraud

Highlight Phishing Fraud = yes, Highlight Hidden URLs = yes and Highlight Mailto Phishing = yes makes most of newsletters or orderconfirmations unreadable for the user as there are many links inside.

Is it possible to just add ONE notification at the beginning of the message like "Careful - Mailscanner detected ...." if one of the reasons was detected during scan.

Or how about an alternative: highlight every link in a standout color, without the warning message. Maybe a popup on hover displaying the full warning instead using css tooltips? (The pop up idea will depend on if enough email clients will actually support it)

so a malicious link like <a href="https://hacker.org">trustme.org</a> would be rewritten as <a class="maliciouslink" href="https://hacker.org">trustme.org</a> instead of adding in the warning text.
