Unable to detect a malware

Recently I downloaded some EICAR anti malware test files to test hypatia apk,
I downloaded about 3 EICAR files,
hypatia apk was able to detect 2 of them, the other was not able to detect,,
I have added that file here,

Now please update hypatia apk, so that it can detect malware,
