Drawing and print function. Where is a problem?

Hello All. can anyone help me with plot function for matrix. Why matrix is changed but drawings not changed? Code here. Problem in function "draw_nodes"

Can you please put your code in ```julia ... ``` blocks ..
Also, try reduce the example to the most minimal code sample that exhibits the problematic behaviour with much more details about expected behaviour and the behaviour you observe.
To get help quickest, the code example is ideally around 1-10 lines, which can be executed without any problems on a different pc.

the difference in the "draw_nodes()" function. The print function shows array is changed. in both cases. But drawing works correctly only in one second case
I want to change array each time in "update_function()". and show it
