Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It's desirable to be able to move the weather timeline back and forth easily and quickly.

Describe the solution you'd like
A tap and drag timeline. Ideally we'd be able to tap and hold on a segment that denotes the current frame the timeline is on, and drag it forward and back to seek to the part of the timeline we want to see.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Current forward/back buttons work, but are small on a phone screen and it's easy to miss the tap.
