Dynamic Channel Methods for collections of NeoPixelBus

Platforms with hardware support with multiple channels can now share a type to make it easy to collect instances in an array.
Supported platforms are Esp32 RMT and NRF52x PWM.
You can initialize a collection easily like

// for ESP32 RMT, 8 channels on ESP32, 4 channels on ESP32S2
typedef NeoPixelBus<NeoGrbFeature, NeoEsp32RmtNWs2812xMethod> MyNeoPixelBus;
// for NRF52x PWM, 3-4 channels depending on specific model
//typedef NeoPixelBus<NeoGrbFeature, NeoNrf52xPwmNWs2812xMethod> MyNeoPixelBus;

MyNeoPixelBus strips[] = {
  MyNeoPixelBus(PixelCount, 2, NeoBusChannel_0),
  MyNeoPixelBus(PixelCount, 3, NeoBusChannel_1),
  MyNeoPixelBus(PixelCount, 4, NeoBusChannel_2) };

then you can use a for loop to access all the buses like

    for (uint8_t strip = 0; strip < (sizeof(strips) / sizeof(strips[0])); strip++)
    {
      strips[strip].Begin();
      strips[strip].Show();
    }
