Description
Provider Tag Mapping allows you to map labels collected from the native provider to MIQ tags. Currently there are two options, you can either pick a specific type (e.g. Amazon VMs or Openshift ContainerNodes) and new tag categories with that prefix will be automatically created, or you can select "All Entities" and select an existing managed tag category.
#20409 Added the "All Entities" functionality.
The auto-generated tag categories with the provider prefix aren't managed in the same way as user created or builtin tags, and are not seen in the Policy -> Edit Tags in the Container Node nor in the Application Settings -> Tags -> Categories menu.
There should be a way to pick an existing tag category when creating a tag mapping for specific entity types as well as for "All Entities"
