OpenAI: unnecessary transcriptions

Looks like the following default forces trivial OpenAI-dependent code to download bunch of additional stuff (which sometimes fails to run) and make additional transcripts even if they aren’t used later.

I believe I faced this issue trying to run the canonical OpenAI sample, but overcame it somehow eventually.
