As Crowdin does not provide a publicly viewable list of translators for Manim, we can consider using their API to create one on the website.

It's hard to separate the list by release, therefore I think it should be in a single dynamic list (so we don't have to update it).

what I mean is there would be a single page for listing community devs and translators (of course dynamic ones) rather than a separation page for Translators.
