Is it possible to make it affect a transparent Terminal?

DWMBlurGlass affects the titlebar but not the terminal itself. I can make it do the cheap win11 "acrylic" but of course I prefer the look of Aero

To answer your question, yeah, but it would require some c++ knowledge. You could make a small Windhawk mod that calls DwmExtendFrameIntoClientArea on all terminal windows, which should work. The Windows terminal has a consistent class name: CASCADIA_HOSTING_WINDOW_CLASS, so you could target it like that. I don't use windows 11 so I can't do it myself.
