Taskbar thumbnail preview crash with 2.3.1B

Describe the bug
There's a random chance to crash DWM when hovering mouse in taskbar displaying previews.

To Reproduce
Hover your mouse on opened programs in taskbar. Previews will be blank for a moment and DWM will restart, followed by a DWMBlurGlass error message.

Screenshots
After DWM restart you'll notice some thumbnail previews will be absent if windows were minimized at the time it crashed.

Same issue over here on 2.3.0 version. What's weird is that (at least for me) it'll work normally for some time when using taskbar preview but it'll always inevitably fail and crash at some point.

I reported this back when 2.3.0 came out. Was really hoping this might be fixed in this version, but not long after first testing 2.3.1 it happened again. :( I think it can happen when the Virtual Desktop flyout appears as well.
