A slider in DWMBlurGlass to change the offset of the icon on windows

Your reason (tell us why we need it)

The icon isnt so offset on a window in Windows 7

Describe alternatives you've considered

OpenGlass isnt for me

use AWM (Aero Window Manager)

I tried it but it messes up the theme im using (Aero10) and DWMBlurGlass in general
