Bug in the Aero when a theme is aplied, and a bug in the blur background in gadgets

For some reason, the border of the windows changes when you put the cursor in a button; they get darker, and the color extends beyond the border.

Here is an image of the issue:

My Windows is Windows 10 Pro - 22H2
The same issue occurs even when Aero is not activated, such as with the gadgets of Gadget Seven, which get a bug in the background, displaying a non-transparent border:

Try copying Vista's sidebar files. Once you've installed a sidebar application, it re-implements sidebar functionality and thus, the Windows Vista sidebar will work if you overwrite the files. With "Sidebar is always on top of other windows," you'll get a glass effect, but you'd need to go into the files with resource hacker to remove the background to get a complete glass effect.

hey i know this is a dead thread kinda, but i was wondering what you guys did to fix it?
i tried just using the files directly from windows 7 and that wont open. i tried replacing the files of 8gadgetpack with the ones from windows 7 and it still has the same issue.
im in the process of trying Vista's files

am i using the wrong gadget app?

the only thing i've found that works is setting its 8gadgetpack's compatability mode to vista and that fixes the issues, but also limits what i can use, and also doesnt work with my windows 7 aesthetic fully
