How to reproduce aero

Hello, when I use task manager or snipping tool or file explorer, the window is blur, but when I use another application, the window is not blur. How to set all the windows blurred, such as task manager or snipping tool or file explorer ?

Try installing MicaForEveryone and going to the Global rule and setting the backdrop type to Mica

Get the latest beta version, it's a bug with DWMBlurGlass which has been fixed in that
