Rounded corners dosen't work in 2.3.2 Beta 3 and 2.3.1

Describe the bug
The rounded corners of the title bar are not rendered correctly.
Instead of being properly rounded or blurred, the corners appear visually broken or incorrectly drawn even when DWMBlurGlass is enabled.
The issue persists across multiple applications.

Because people work on this in their free time as a hobby without being paid so nobody is obligated to work on any of this, let alone fast. People will work on it when they have time and feel like it, otherwise you could learn coding, look at the code and try to fix the problem yourself.

The issue was resolved by enabling "show shadows under windows" in the performance options. We apologize for the inconvenience.
