Describe the bug
Some applications were able to apply transparency effects to both their startup windows and internal UI elements. However, after DWMBlurGlass crashed and was reinstalled, the title bar transparency was restored, but the internal UI transparency of these applications did not recover.
To Reproduce
1.Have DWMBlurGlass installed and running with transparency effects working properly on affected applications (e.g., iNKORE.UI.WPF.Modern Gallery).
2.Use RDP to connect this PC.
3.Relogin and experience a DWMBlurGlass crash.
3.Reinstall DWMBlurGlass.
4.Launch the affected application and observe the transparency effects.
