Add option to add custom-colored outline/shadow for window name text

Your reason (tell us why we need it)

With transparency effects, header text can be hard to read on certain backgrounds (when things behind the header have the same color as header's text)

Describe alternatives you've considered

Any thing that adds other color behind the text, around the letters shapes
