Problem: Each day of the mobilization causes 100 reports to be generated. By the third day, there are so many decayed reports on the screen that it becomes confusing and hard to use. There should be a "batch delete" page which allows you to say "all decayed reports prior to date x should be hidden/deleted". Also, it might not be a bad idea to automatically decay certain types of reports. For instance, if somebody is reporting a tear gas deployment, it's very unlikely that zone would still be hazardous 24 hours after the incident. To save time, the operator would just select that category and the decay information would be filled in automatically.
