add show_all/hide_all options

we can do

filter_attributes:
  by_glob:

    '*.*':
      - all

and

unfilter_attributes:
  by_glob:

    '*.*':
      - all

wouldnt it be great if we could set some sort of shortcut for those 2 options, like

filter_attributes:
  hide_all: true

and likewise for unfilter.

Those would be the 2 most powerful options we can configure, and useful for many purposes, almost a version of Kiosk-mode hide attributes.

it would be even better if those could be turned into a boolean in the dashboard, again, like Kiosk-mode. so the user an have these 2 options available under the touch of a toggle.
