Hi, Sorry it took me awhile to respond. Mark and I were trying to run the whole pipeline with the simulations based on the tutorial on github. I ran it via the command line: 'run simulation/dynanets_sim_individual' The code ran all steps except for step 5 analyze, which was when I got the error. Also, we had to comment out all the optional steps for step 5 (analyze) in the main script because it couldn't find the variables/functions they were calling (i.e., 'my_order', 'my_additiional_stats', 'population_results') Thank you, Rifqi
