Add option to retry based on timer besides by count

I integrated this extension into our system and it works great, thanks!

Now my users' appetite has been stimulated, and they are asking for the ability to stop retrying based on a time interval rather than a test count, in case a test is too time consuming when it fails.

This would be similar to the robotframework built-in Wait Until Keyword Succeeds keyword
