Docker Compose fails to start marquez-api

Hi,

I'm trying to run Marquez using Docker Compose on Windows, and facing a runtime error when starting the containers.

I get below error

Error response from daemon: failed to create task for container: failed to create shim task: OCI runtime create failed: runc create failed: unable to start container process: error during container init: exec: "/opt/marquez/wait-for-it.sh": stat /opt/marquez/wait-for-it.sh: no such file or directory: unknown
