Electron exited with signal SIGSEGV

Since we upgraded to Electron 10 (10.1.2) the application crashes when using the touchbar media keys. Media keys on an external keyboard seem to work fine though.

./node_modules/electron/dist/Electron.app/Contents/MacOS/Electron exited with signal SIGSEGV

There's no other information about this segmentation fault that I can include. I also tried Electron 11 beta, but same crash.
It works fine in Electron 9.

Any ideas?
