Acceptance criteria:
Manage Race

• A race can be created/updated only by an organizer.
• An organizer can provide the allowed threshold for maximum concurrent requests.

Get Races:

• An athlete can get the list of all races.
• An athlete can get the list of races not celebrated yet.

Each race will be shown with the following data:

• If the athlete has applied to the race: Applied (Yes/No), ApplicationCode.
• If the athlete has been registered to the race: Registered (Yes/No), dorsal.
