[REQ] SHA-1 support for publicKeyFingerprint

MDES accepts a SHA-1 hash to look up the corresponding PEPK certificate/key for decryption. This library only seems to support SHA256 and SHA512 certificate/key hashes. Can you please add support for SHA-1 as well?

We do not support SHA-1 and have no plans to introduce it.
