Fix mermaid compatibility #999
Description
Bumping mermaid from 10.9.1 to 11.4.0 seems to be causing build issues as seen in #990
It would be nice to bump this version since there are some vulnerabilities reported https://github.com/Mastercard/flow/security/dependabot/91
