Clubs & Community: Expand interactable area

On the clubs page and community page, the user can hover over each club to make it turn pink, then click on the item to be brought to a new page. However, if they hover over the associated icon, the item turns pink yet clicking it does nothing.

Hover responses should (almost) always correspond to interactions. Let's make these ones align.

Acceptance criteria

• When I am on the clubs / community page, and I hover over the a club item
• If I move my mouse anywhere such that the item icon turns pink
• Then, I can click and be brought to the corresponding linked page.
  • In particular, if I hover over the icon, I can click and be brought to the linked page.
