Show the CMake configuration at the end of configuration #275
Description
We should display the CXXFLAGS that are going to be used, at least in DEV_MODE. This can be useful to reproduce a similar build somewhere else.
These flags are shown in the current Alpine CI targets, although it's too verbose, we can't really spot warnings when building with ninja. But then ninja hides this information from us.
