Composite and Proxy entities don't follow their inherited function types when adding parameters #433

Description

@MattFiler

Noticed that position transform parameter is missing from the list when editing parameters of newly added composites. Existing ones already have position set by devs so it is there and checked. It can still be added with "Add Custom" as type TRANSFORM. You might be aware of this but I'm mentioning it just in case.

This is on the latest Staging version.

Note this should also check for conflicts with the conflict and proxied entity
