Render triggers and more obvious positional markers in level viewer #445

Following on from the new additions in #425, the level viewer should be expanded to:

  • Show trigger volumes (both spherical and cube), these should be rendered at the correct sizes when an entity is selected
  • Show more obvious positional markers for things without renderables
  • Show icons for sound emitters and other scripted objects
