Ellipsis around coordinates in plot

In an old version of Prince, when we used matplotlib, we could draw an ellipsis around each group of row coordinates. But I didn't port that over when moving to Altair. It would be nice to add it back!

I would also take a look at this, was there a specific method you had in mind?

I believe the standard approach is to look at the covariance matrix of each group, and use that to determine the coordinates of the ellipsis. An LLM can sort out the details :)
