13.2-RELEASE EOL

In iocage-amd64/emby-server.json the 13.2 release gave a not found error. I updated it to 13.3 and it ran fine, but that will be EOL soon too.

Thanks for the heads up. Just created a freebsd13 branch targeting 13.4. And master is now targeting 14.1 instead.
