Add Day/Night toggle

It would be cool if we could add a day/night toggle.

- At night, the background would be dimmed and a color filter would apply to the map
- At day, the background would not be dimmed and no colour filter would be applied.
- Day would be the default
- The user should be able to toggle this from the UI with a switch
