L235 ConnectTimeoutError

Hello there, I periodically got an error:

ERROR      2018-04-17 20:02:12,645 18328  MainProcess     MainThread newrelic_plugin_agent.agent                   send_components           L235   : Error reporting stats: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='platform-api.newrelic.com', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /platform/v1/metrics (Caused by ConnectTimeoutError(<requests.packages.urllib3.connection.VerifiedHTTPSConnection object at 0x214cf10>, 'Connection to platform-api.newrelic.com timed out. (connect timeout=10)'))

newrelic-plugin-agent==1.3.0 installed by pip
pip 1.1 from /usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages (python 2.7)

What i do:

pip install --upgrade newrelic-plugin-agent
