[Issue] Patchwork armor calculation based on head location armor type only #1803

Brief Description *

For example, when adding hardened armor to the head with the rest of the body being standard armor, the weight of the mech's armor doubles. No other changes made aside from experimental tech level.

3. Steps to Reproduce

click new mech in megameklab
for tech level, select experimental
under armor, click "maximize armor"
click checkbox for "patchwork armor"
for armor selection for the head location, select hardened
