[RFE] Change equipment behavior when changing tech level in MML #1814

Brief Description of Enhancement *

MML feature request: if I change the tech level (say from advanced to standard) flag the mech as invalid/illegal rather than removing any unallowed equipment. Don't have any of it visible in the list to add, just don't remove anything already added (Highlight it?). Alternately, in the summary box next to earliest possible year also write lowest possible tech level

Use Cases or Rationale

  1. The current behavior makes creating units unnecessarily difficult. In this case creating a ComStar OpFor level I for a campaign.
  2. It makes using LosTech much smoother.
