[DUX-3133] Better filters for test output

The tests set a log filter that's basically like ghciwatch=debug, which makes the output painful. In reality, we only check a small subset of those messages, and individual tests can add more filters to expose more logs as they need.

If the default log filters for tests were narrower, the output would be more legible.
