Support for cursors

The Mermaid Chart VSCode plugin does not currently support "cursors". Please update the oauth client to support
'cursor://MermaidChart.vscode-mermaid-chart'

bump same issue but also with windsurf its a 400 error and something to do with the url (e.g. windsurf vs vscode)
