What problem does your feature request solve?

Python 3.14 was released on the 7th of October 2025, but is not strictly supported by CSET yet.

Describe the solution you'd like

We should support it. I don't think anything should block this, and it looks like a python 3.14 conda environment resolves, so this should be pretty easy, just requiring testing.
