Store network status and details for all active networks

Currently we only keep track of the network status and details of the current globally selected network. We should keep track of the network status and details of all active networks, not just the current globally selected one.

For now we can initialize the network status and details when the network client is first used. We can consider refreshing this information at different points in time as a future enhancement.
