Legitimate domains, IPs, IPFS hashes, or IPNS names
Please explain why this content is legitimate
Hello MetaMask Security Team,
We believe the BaseForever domains have been incorrectly classified as malicious and would appreciate a manual review.
The above domains belong to the same project:
BaseForever is a blockchain application built on the Base network. Our platform allows users to voluntarily connect a wallet to interact with smart contracts for staking, rewards, token utilities, and other on-chain features.
The website does not:
- request or display Secret Recovery Phrases
- request private keys
- request wallet passwords
- impersonate MetaMask or any wallet provider
- inject fake wallet approval dialogs
- attempt to drain user wallets
Wallet connections are initiated only through the standard wallet connection flow, and every blockchain transaction requires explicit confirmation from the user’s wallet. Users remain in control of every signature and transaction.
To help verify the legitimacy of the project:
- The project has a public website and application.
- The platform has been publicly operating on Base and serves legitimate users.
If this classification was triggered because of a recent deployment, domain reputation issue, contract update, or automated heuristic, we are happy to provide any additional information required, including:
- proof of domain ownership
- smart contract addresses
- additional technical documentation
We respectfully request a manual review of the above domains and removal from the phishing/blocklist if no malicious behavior is found.
Thank you for your time and for helping protect the Web3 ecosystem.
