nit: Settings section should be scrollable, not entire page

Steps:

• Go to settings > Advanced
• Scroll down to enable a setting

Problem:

• To go back, I now have to scroll to the top of the screen to reveal the settings menu & home buttons.

Solution:

• Only the long list of settings should be scrolling in this view. There's no reason to push the top bar out of view, nor the side menu of settings categories.
