[Enhancement]: Binance Smart Chain Testnet activity does not display Receive tx types

Describe the bug

Problem: when I'm on Binance Smart Chain testnet, the Activity tab does not display any Receive transaction types.

Note: Show incoming transactions is activated on the Security & Privacy tab

Steps to reproduce

1. Unlock Metamask
2. Add Binance Smart Chain Testnet from Chainlist
3. Change to BSC Tetnet network
4. (Ask TBNB tokens on a faucet)
5. Send TBNB from one of your address to another of your address
6. Check receiver activity -- no tx will appear, even though balance is updated

Update: it's not only Binance, but it also happens to ERC20 tokens - i.e. Rinkeby Testnet + LINK token 0x01BE23585060835E02B77ef475b0Cc51aA1e0709
