boolean to turn off annoying ui suggestions

i can disable these 2 with bootlean toggle [ showWhatsNewPopup:!1,showTermsOfUsePopup:!1 ] in folder metamask extension i need to know to disable for other ui suggestions too

@kevinghim This seems to be a feature request to toggle off all informational pop-ups like whats new, seed phrase backup, network switching confirmations, etc. Might be useful to developers
