[Bug]: MV3 - `This browser doesn't support requestAnimationFrame` and `This browser doesn't support cancelAnimationFrame.`

Describe the bug

Whenever I start an MV3 build, I am seeing these 2 errors in the service worker console:

• This browser doesn't support requestAnimationFrame
• This browser doesn't support cancelAnimationFrame.

Not sure if it has any other impact, aside from the logs. Feel free to close if those error should be ignored

Errors are correctly handled

This problem still occurs on ARC browser, and the screen is blank. It has been unavailable for a long time. I hope you can solve the problem. Thank you.

Arc (1.61.0 (53949) browser and metamask (12.2.4) are both the latest versions
