Assigning to Hardware wallet team due to breadcrump steps right before error was triggered: Unable to find value of key "hardwareWalletsInfo" for locale.

Encountered a similar error Error: Cannot add property 1, object is not extensible.
The steps I did were:

1. I had a wallet loaded with an SRP
2. On the login screen, click Forgot passwort
3. Import this wallet test test test test test test test test test test test junk
4. Login
5. Got error

@mikesposito maybe this relates to the keyring controller? I've added the wallet framework label too just in case.
