[Bug]: Wallet API - `MetaMask CAIP stream (Error#1)`

Describe the bug

Whenever I import the Extension for the first time and go over the onboarding (no matter if Create or Import SRP) I get this console error MetaMask CAIP stream (Error#1).

The error also appears anytime I clear the Extension Id from the multichain test-dapp

Steps to reproduce

1. Import MM Extension for the first time
2. Perform the Onboarding (either import SRP or new account)
3. See error

The CAIP Stream error is likely resulting from the externally_connectable connection closing. It may just be that the error message needs to be made more clear in that scenario.

RE the error in the wallet UI during onboarding, I wouldn't expect that error in that context, so we will have to look into this one.

Neither of these are critical bugs though of course
